Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand this wasn't coming out right so I got fed up and quit because I'm amazin'.

Uh. Phineas is, for all intents and purposes, a platypus.
He plays a trombone that sends out stuff you can't hear, he wraps up his very sensitive mouth so he doesn't have to talk. and he has excruciatingly poisonous leg barbs.
He roams around Kiperland looking for anything poisonous to commune with.

When he's home he's a nice enough nature lover, but can be very blunt.

Phineas left home very early so as not to poison anyone accidentally, so he wasn't present when SHIZ HIT THE FAN.
