Since Phantom posted her prologue I'm putting up another set.

You know, Sligo is a very malevolent being, it's just in his nature; he even thinks of himself as a force of nature or a pawn... anyway, point is, so far, he's been a jerk. And in this round, he really comes off as.... well, The Bad Guy.
Especially next to Mister Perfect White-Haired Long-Face Yarn-Man in the Christmas Cloak up there. Just wanted to mention, though, that I never intended him to be, and point out Sending, though she often disagrees with his judgment, doesn't see him as an enemy, which I was trying to capture here; you'll notice she openly shares her thoughts with Sligo when asked, and highly values his input, even if she doesn't like it.
I also find it amusing Sending still doesn't know Junus's name.

Sligo has a very specific reason for wanting Junus dead which I won't get into here, and as he's the mouthpiece of the Otter King, Sending will do whatever he says, believing it will make her master look good. that's her motivation; not just because she was told to.
But what I will say is
1. Sligo didn't like seeing Sending liking Junus; that's why he changed his mind and told her to fight him, and wants her to kill him as a reminded that golems can't have friends
2. He was NOT HAPPY about being touched with a soul-eating gauntlet.

I'msorry to the people expecting a badass fight scene. But well, I'm not that impressed by them if they aren't drawn AMAZINGLY (see DreamKeepers). Besides. What's the fun in an hour long stalemate? Sending's hella hard to injure, and Junus is just badass. The only really fun thing was Sending getting PAUNCHED in the FACE (i LOVE that) and Her banging him around by Testament, since the gauntlet doesn't come off.

Junus is a Good Guy. He doesn't want to be here in the first place, and hearing someone emit a high-pitched little girl scream is NOT his idea of an enjoyable fight. He cares little for the tournament if it means he has to become something he is not.
Which is why I am SO GLAD Sligo is here to ya know... MAKE them fight, since Sending would have accepted his forfeit gladly.
Unfortunately, Sending thought he was insinuating she was too much of a weakling to dampen his honor by fighting, which is why she looks so distressed.

Hmm... not much else to say besides I LOVE YOU PHANTOMDEUS. YOUR CHARACTER IS SUCH A JOY TO WORK WITH.
